The Merzci story
Salamat means thank you.
It's also our name.
In 1995, a Bacolod family started a small bakery and named it Merci — "thank you" in French. Thirty years later, that thank-you travels further than they ever imagined: tucked into balikbayan boxes, carried through airport security, unwrapped by tita's hands in the province. Merzci is what Negrenses bring home when they want the people they love to taste where they come from.
