Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Operations Management or Relevant Field
- With 2-3 years’ experience in Supervisory or R&D
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- Good in computer / database skills
- Develops and implements research and development procedures and techniques
- Oversees complex research projects, analyzes results and provides recommendations based on findings
- Has extensive knowledge of department processes
- Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
TRAINING OFFICER
Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Education, Human Resources or Relevant Field
- Experience in Training and Development
- Knows how to design / execute training module
- Excellent communication skills ( oral & written )
- Good in computer / database skills
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management, BS Food Technology, BS Operations Management, BS Marketing Management
- With or without experience ( fresh graduates are welcome )
- Computer Literate ( Knowledgeable in using MS Office)
- Good in communication and writing skills
- Customer Service Oriented
GENERATOR TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
- A graduate of B.S. Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- With or without experience ( fresh graduates are welcome )
- Computer Literate ( Knowledgeable in using MS Office)
- Customer Service Oriented
- Candidate must have adequate working knowledge in preventive maintenance system
- They may be responsible for Check up, Troubleshooting, Repairing of Genset
MASTER BAKER
Qualifications:
- Highschool/College Level/ College Graduate Educational Attainment
- Has background in Food Production Operations
- Has 1-2 years’ experience in baking
- Willing to work extended hours and can work under pressure
CASHIER
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years in college or vocational courses
- With pleasing personality
SERVICE CREW
Qualifications:
- High school graduate and with pleasing personality
COOK
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or any related course
- With experience is an advantage
DRIVER
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or any related course
- Driver’s license 1,2-3
TAKTAK PULLMAN
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or any related course
- With experience / Skilled
- Physically fit
PEST CONTROLLER
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Chemical Engineering or any related field
- Must be knowledgeable about pest management techniques and pest biology in order to perform effective work
- Candidate must be willing to travel
- With Driver’s license bearing restriction code 1 and 2
- Must possess good interpersonal skills and can work with minimal supervision
- At least 1 year of working experience in related fields is required for this position.
SALES SUPERVISOR
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent business experience
- With at least 2 years of sales experience with proven results in a supervisory capacity
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven sales experience in consumer products
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Data driven individual with the ability to deliver results and meet predetermined sales goals for each of the accounts being managed
- Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Iloilo
AUTO ELECTRICIAN
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Vocational related courses / TESDA Certificate
- Preferably with at least 6 months to 1 year work experience as Auto Electrician
- With ability to diagnose electrical malfunctions within automotive systems
- Knows how to operate power hand tools and other specialized electrical equipment
- Able to read schematic diagram
- With strong analytical skills and with an eye to details
- Willing to render overtime and can work will less supervision
- Amenable to work in Merzci Bakeshop Compound, Brgy. Villamonte and/or in Merzci Pasalubong Factory (Vista Alegre), Brgy. Mansilingan, Bacolod City
AUTOMOTIVE MECHANIC
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Vocational related courses / TESDA Certificate
- Preferably with at least 6 months to 1 year work experience as Automotive Mechanic
- Highly competent in the repair and maintenance of delivery trucks, utility vehicles, and company cars – mechanical side
- Knowledgeable of the standard practices, materials, tools, and equipment used in the repair and maintenance of Motor Vehicle Mechanical systems
- With strong analytical skills and with an eye to details
- Willing to render overtime and can work with less supervision
- Amenable to work in Merzci Bakeshop Compound, Brgy Villamonte and/or in Merzci Pasalubong Factory (Vista Alegre), Brgy. Mansilingan, Bacolod City
LINE QUALITY CONTROL
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food Technology, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Hotel Management or equivalent
- With experience in a Food Manufacturing setting is an advantage
- Fresh graduates who are willing to be trained are encouraged to apply
- Communicates well both written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Goal-oriented and knows how to multitask effectively
- Can work with minimal supervision
